I have been training with Liam for the past few months, it has been an absolute pleasure.
He is very easy to work with, very approachable, and very attentive, but equally making sure he pushes you to your utmost best.
I always felt very free with him as he is very approachable, his sessions were never boring.
In the time I trained with him, I've had spells of physical sickness, home situations which has proven quite difficult for me to train at times, Liam proved to be very sensitive to my situation and was never short with me.
I would recommend Liam to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

Liam was kind, polite and approachable. He made me feel comfortable at the gym and I found out there was a women’s only gym that I could use. I would recommend him because he pushed me to do exercises and circuits yet would always check in to make sure I was okay. Thank you, Liam.

I’ve been training with Liam for the last 4 months after a knee injury meant I had to stop running and doing aerobic classes. I wanted a gym programme that would help me stay in shape without putting too much pressure on my knee, while focusing on toning and strengthening my legs, bums and tum — and Liam has been amazing!

Yeah, really really enjoyed having Liam as a Personal Trainer. He was a very understanding and a very patient person which really helped in terms of my growth. He sat me down in order to talk about my goals and then we came up with an action plan as well to achieve those goals. I met Liam nearly a year ago and knew instantly that he would be a great P/T for me. I have health issues which not only did Liam take on board he works with me and encourages me so that I get an excellent training session with him. I have dropped 2 dress sizes so thanks for that 👍On a more personal note Liam is not only a great trainer he has cracking personality, it’s a joy to work with him.

Just wrapped up a 10-week all-round program with Liam and honestly, it was awesome. The mix of core strength, muscle building, and metcon was spot on. Liam really knows his stuff, he adapted the program to suit my physical needs, and everything felt super targeted and effective.
I ended up losing 9kg and put on muscle, which I’m really happy about. He’s also really friendly and easy to work with, which made the sessions enjoyable and motivating. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get fitter, stronger, and feel good doing it.

I came to Liam wanting to return to the gym after 18 months out with an injured trapezius and shoulder. He not only helped me adjust my routine and form to avoid retriggering the injury, but also put together a whole programme to increase my strength, mobility and stability in my traps and shoulders, introducing me to a wide range of exercises I wouldn’t have considered, known about or had the confidence to do alone. He packed a lot into every session and was full of knowledge but always kept things fun. I’d highly recommend him.

Liam is a fantastic PT, he really challenges you to get strong and do things you think you can't, but makes it fun too. He worked with me and my various chronic injuries carefully, and enabled me to develop a fitness programme that really worked for me. I highly recommend him.

Liam has been my personal trainer for quite a while. He is professional and caring and makes you feel comfortable. Liam alway makes sure you are using the equipment properly and would high light the dangers that could occur. Due to an injury I have my training is structured to compensate for this which has enabled me to train beyond my confort zone and which has allowed me to gain further strength, tone and improve on my training.

I started training with Liam because felt I needed to reinvigorate my workout and to find motivation. I had been looking for a PT instructor for quite some time. Liam is good humoured and friendly and knows how to push you and make exercising fun and challenging. He put a program together for me which covers all parts of the body takes me around the gym equipment. This is something new to me has I have always favoured gym classes. i now have the confidence to go into a gym setting and find my way around the gym. Liam has been my first personal trainer and I was pretty new to a lot of the equipment in the gym. From our first meeting, he was great at listening to my personal goals and assessing where I was at fitness/strength-wise, and he designed a series of bespoke sessions for me to follow. I can't stress enough how much into fitness he is, he knows a lot about nutrition, posture, the muscle groups and how they relate to the equipment and different exercises meaning the workouts he designs are effective and safe. He obviously loves what he does so he's fun to work with in the gym, I'd recommend his services to anyone.
