Liam is a fantastic personal trainer. He built me a clear plan that I could implement and walked me through correct form and techniques. He's full of helpful advice and I'd definitely recommend him, and use him myself again in the future.

Liam trained me for six weeks as an introduction to weight training. He is super knowledgable and friendly and helped boost my confidence when starting out. He also pulled together a great training program that fitted around my goals. I have already started to see results in a short time.

Liam has been my first personal trainer and I was pretty new to a lot of the equipment in the gym. From our first meeting, he was great at listening to my personal goals and assessing where I was at fitness/strength-wise, and he designed a series of bespoke sessions for me to follow. I can't stress enough how much into fitness he is, he knows a lot about nutrition, posture, the muscle groups and how they relate to the equipment and different exercises meaning the workouts he designs are effective and safe. He obviously loves what he does so he's fun to work with in the gym, I'd recommend his services to anyone.
