Hello my name is Libby, and I became a Personal Trainer because I am passionate about fitness. I also want to show people the benefits of physical activity and how it can change your lifestyle for the better.


I love HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which can help burn lots of calories in a short time, it can also be adjusted from beginner to advanced levels. I also enjoy resistance training as it has made me feel more confident inside and outside the gym.


Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or anything in between, I am here to help and I will support you all the way to achieve your goals.


I offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions and can tailor programmes to suit your needs.

I am now on my 5th block of 10 sessions with Libby and the progression in my fitness and strength is brilliant. Libby also listens and my last block we concentrated on fat/weight loss rather than strength which I definitely prefer. With her guidance and clever programming with sneaky cardio in I dropped 10lbs in weight. Back to lovely strength now but I know she will incorporate excercises to maintain my weight

Had a PT session with Libby today and, as always, she was brilliant. I feel that I'm getting exactly what I'd hoped for. Libby is super supportive but also pushes me and I always come away feeling really good!

I am halfway through a block of 10 PT sessions with Libby. I always look forward to them knowing she will have put together a "clever" programme that constantly makes me improve. My health is allready feeling the benefit with reduced pain in my elbow, stability and strength increasing.
I will be continuing after my initial 10 sessions are complete.

Had a PT session with Libby today and she was excellent- really attentive to what I was looking to get from the gym and had a variety of exercises I could do to hit my goals. She is really good at tailoring the exercises to you and very friendly and pushes you without putting too much pressure on you. Would really reccomend!
