Hi, My name is Lisa.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I started my fitness career alongside completing my degree in nutrition and exercise science. I am a big believer that fitness is for everyone. No matter your age, gender or body type, everyone should be welcome in fitness spaces. To me fitness isn’t just about the physical, I want everyone to live happier and healthier lives with improved mental wellbeing. Exercise should be an embracing of what our bodies can do not a punishment.
I work on building my clients from the ground up to be the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves. I believe in goal setting for the real world, which goes much further than just the scale and measurements. Maybe you want to feel more confident? Be able to run after your children at the park? Lisa is a supportive, empathetic and encouraging personal trainer. She understands the balance between challenging someone but not pushing them beyond their capabilities. She takes the time to listen to your goals, worries and health conditions and carefully plans training around that. She’s super friendly, really fun train with and I’d very highly recommend her!
