Hi, my name is Loveth (Love-eth)! I’m an energetic, highly positive, motivational Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Coach. I believe information is power, so I regularly attend courses and seminars to further my education to ensure your sessions are effective, efficient as well as up to date.

10 years ago, I was anything but the picture of good health. Being obese and lazy, I realised I had to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and regime. And within 6 months of consistent effort, I had dropped a total of 25kg while toning up. Since then, I knew I wanted to help others attain the same goal.

I passionately care about you and your fitness goals, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that will transform them into a happier, confident, and fitter individual. I understand how being overweight or unfit affects many aspects in life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits of a healthier body, stronger mind, and greater self-esteem.

I am 78 years of age and have been working with Loveth for some time. He has always worked sensitvely and knowledgeably with me, boosting my confidence and ensuring that I work safely and with the right amount of challenge. I see my friends with problems of mobility, lack of strength and balance and I am so grateful that he is keeping me as fit as I can be at this age. Loveth's understanding , knowledge and skills have grown over the years and he has extended the ways in which he can help his clients. This includes sports massage which is so restorative. I have been a client of Loveth's for several years. He has helped and guided me to achieve my training and fitness goals and keep me active in my 79th year! Not only has be helped me to maintain the strength and mobility that I have, he has increased my abilities. Loveth is committed to learning more about how the human body works and what to do when it is not working as well as you'd like it to. He constantly updates and increases his academic and practical skills and uses them to the benefit of his clients. For example, his massage skills are impressive and, coupled with his knowledge of rehabilitation exercises, ensure that recovery from any injury is speedy. Training with Loveth is fun and energising. He is knowledgeable, professional and helps me in all areas of my fitness. I notice I am stronger and more confident when working with him. He is so outgoing and friendly and finds ways to distract me from counting my reps (which I really appreciate). I didn’t know anything about the gym before I started, I was nervous to use new machines - Loveth has helped me to feel confident to use the gym even when he isn’t with me. If you want to invest in yourself, and make a new friend, Loveth is your guy!

Training with Loveth has been such a positive experience. I have left-sided hemiplegia, and he’s always thoughtful in adjusting workouts to support me while still challenging me. He’s patient, encouraging, and makes every session feel empowering. I always leave feeling confident, supported, and excited to come back and see what workouts he has in store. Loveth is a nice outgoing person. The 12 weeks helped me to go back to a fitness routine lost due to a demanding jog. Each session was about consolidating some exercises but also developing all body strength although quite challenging at times. Building endurance it was easier. Stretching at the end are a nice way to close the workout. I would definitely recommand Loveth.

Getting into fitness can be quite daunting and nerve-wracking, especially when you're not too sure where to start. Working along side Loveth as my personal trainer for an extended period of time has been one of the best investments I could have made into myself. Not only does Loveth put in obvious time and energy into creating a personal plan for his clients goals, he also remains heavily involved in the process, giving words of encouragement and knowledge, knowing when to push you towards your fullest potential.

I have also received a massage from Loveth which was also very effective. I had suffered with a lot of shoulder and back pain and can genuinely feel the difference pre and post massage.

I would highly recommend Loveth to anyone who is looking for a well rounded PT, Strength & Conditioning coach and Masseuse.
