Having a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and currently completing a Master’s in Applied Exercise and Health Science gives me the knowledge to provide training that is effective and tailored to each person, whether you’re returning to exercise, want to feel stronger in everyday life, or are already a gym-goer looking for guidance and progression.

I believe exercise should boost both your confidence and physical capability, be enjoyable and seamlessly fit into your life for the long term. Whether your goal is to improve gym performance, enhance athletic ability or simply feel more capable in your own body, my sessions are practical, structured and supportive, carefully tailored to your experience and objectives.

Sport has been a big part of my life, having played rugby at various levels. Through years of training, I’ve seen how powerful exercise can be, not just physically, but mentally and socially. That experience shapes the way I work with clients, with an emphasis on patience, consistency and long-term progress.

I offer one to one or small group training for people at all stages of their fitness journey, with sessions designed around your goals, abilities, and enjoyment!
