Wow! I’ve been training with Lucy for quite sometime now and I’ve lost an extensive amount of weight, I feel like myself again. After having a baby I let myself go and Lucy pushed me to get back to my old self (I was a size 14 back down to a size 12)

After being inconsistent in the gym for years, I was at a loss as to where to begin, I decided to choose Lucy as my PT and the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner!
Lucy pushed me to my limits, she very patient and listened to my goals. She also provided alternative exercises as I have a weak ankle.
Lucy not only is my PT but she also felt like a friend, when I spoke to her about my eating habits after my ankle injury she was very informative about what foods would help me reach my weight loss goal. Thank you Lucy!!!!

I’m Lucy’s friend/client when In the gym and she actually pushed me and pushed me to become a much better healthier version of myself and actually inspired me to want to become a pt myself. She definitely pushes you passed the limits you set yourself, she definitely pushes you to do good and better a better person with her help I went for a size 18-20 down to a 8-10
