Lucy has been training me for a while now and she has been amazing. She is dedicated and certainly knows when and how to push me. She understands im older and not in good shape but manages to make me do things I never thought I could safely and consistently She is a star and I would be lost without her

Lucy has completely transformed both my mindset and my results. Before working with her, I struggled with consistency and didn’t fully understand how to train effectively, but she changed that by tailoring every session to me and explaining the purpose behind everything we do. She knows exactly when to push me and when to support me, and because of that, I’ve become stronger, more disciplined, and far more confident in myself. Wow! I’ve been training with Lucy for quite sometime now and I’ve lost an extensive amount of weight, I feel like myself again. After having a baby I let myself go and Lucy pushed me to get back to my old self (I was a size 14 back down to a size 12)

I’m Lucy’s friend/client when In the gym and she actually pushed me and pushed me to become a much better healthier version of myself and actually inspired me to want to become a pt myself. She definitely pushes you passed the limits you set yourself, she definitely pushes you to do good and better a better person with her help I went for a size 18-20 down to a 8-10
