Marcus is a wonderful PT! He always makes each session fun and varied, while also making sure I improve technique and progress each time. He also created a personalised program that fits around my life, making it more likely that I stick to it! I'm so much more confident in the gym now. Would definitely reccomend training with Marcus, whether you're a beginner or looking to improve and push yourself!

I have recently had a few weeks of gym sessions with Marcus as my PT, showing me the ropes.
After such a long time of minimal physical activity on my part, he was able to pull me into shape very quickly. I felt so much better in a very short time.
He explains each movement very clearly and observes my moves with a keen eye, so he's able to keep me up to the mark to really make the exercise meaningful.
Marcus has his own programme in mind, which he adapted for my needs (I'm in my 70s) and gave me the short rest periods between activities that my body needed.
I'm looking forward to picking up with him again very soon. I hope he's got room in his programme!
