Hey, I’m Marek Kaczmarczyk, a Personal Trainer based at Rivermead. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade, and my passion for health and performance has only grown stronger with time. My journey began with a personal drive to push boundaries, eventually leading me to compete in bodybuilding and proudly step onto the British Championship stage in 2021.

That same passion now fuels my mission to help others transform their lives — not just physically, but mentally too. With years of experience as a personal trainer and hundreds of successful client transformations, I understand what it takes to reach your goals and sustain them.

Marek is most definitely the best personal trainers I have seen around the gym floor for a long time! Someone who is also a personal trainer qualified in nutrition, I can say his knowledge, energy and motivation with clients is 10/10. I have learned a lot by working with Marek, not just from a knowledge aspect but physically where he as corrected form and shown how to execute techniques to avoid injuries and pain. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get in shape and find a better relationship with food to reach out to him, his approach is different to others and his energy is always their to motivate you. I honestly can't recommend Marek enough! After years of not exercising, I was feeling pretty dejected about my body – a lot of stubborn fat and a complete lack of muscle tone. A lot of the benefits you get is driven by the effort and motivation that you bring, but I’ve found Marek’s approach and methodology really effective for me.

I have used Marek as a PT for 6 months and enjoy our workouts, which is more than workout- we chat and discuss all manner of subjects, making lifting weights less boring than I would do so (hence I never go to the gym to lift weights, and I need a PT to guide me!).
