Hi Everyone!

My name is Mariann and I'm in my mid forties.

Sport has always been part of my life. I never had a problem with being active. In my early 30s I was introduced to training in the gym and I participated in some fitness competitions winning once and two 3rd place finishes.

6 years ago I started struggling with my weight. I had to change my eating habits and training methods to keep my weight under control. Through my experiences I developed a great passion for combining training with healthy eating. Seeing the results people around me started asking for advice and it was a great feeling to help them. It made me decide to take it to the next level and become a Personal Trainer.

I am committed in showing to my clients that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between the right diet and exercise. I understand every client is unique and so are their needs and goals, which is why each session is planned around the needs and goals of the client. Together we shall work on pushing through barriers and getting results

I have been using Thame leisure centre for 18 months but felt I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted, I started training with Mariann 2 months ago & she has supported me with my eating habits & training & we are already seeing results, she is always around to help if I need it, very happy & I will continue to see her, she is very knowledgeable and pushes you which is what I needed :)

I have used the gym for a number of years, but have never known the correct techniques when lifting weights and how to best work particular muscle groups.
I have been training with Mariann for a month and can already see some results. She explains things well and encourages me to do more than I think I can!
Even when she isn’t booked to train with me she keeps an eye out and helps me out if I get stuck.

Have been training with Mariann for a couple of months & already seeing positive results. She has given me a daily routine for different muscle groups which is easy
enough to follow but is always on hand with good advice if needed. Would certainly recommend . . .
