Are you a female looking to transform your lifestyle? With over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry and as a busy mum and wife, I help women feel strong, confident and deeply connected to their bodies. During this time, I’ve learnt to understand the unique physical and hormonal changes women experience, especially during perimenopause and menopause – and how smart training, supportive nutrition, and holistic lifestyle habits can transform the way we move and feel.
I work exclusively with women because I believe in creating a space where women can train without pressure, comparison, or judgement. My coaching blends evidence-based strength and conditioning with personalised nutrition guidance and a holistic whole-person approach that supports your energy, mindset and long-term wellbeing.
