I’ve been training with Mark from just before Christmas and the progress has been noticeable both physically and mentally. Sessions are always well-structured, challenging, and tailored to my specific goals he pays close attention to form and technique, which has helped me train more effectively and avoid injury. What stands out most is he’s desire to push you past what you think is your limit consistency and because of that I’m stronger, fitter, and more confident than I was prior. Highly recommend for anyone loooking for a Personal trainer who’s is going to give you the results you want.

Been training with Mark for a while now and I can’t fault him. Sessions are properly thought out, pushed me when I needed it and actually explained why we were doing things instead of just running through workouts. Helped me with training structure, form and staying consistent. Sound guy as well, makes sessions enjoyable but still gets the work done. Would 100% recommend.
