I started training with Mark about eight weeks ago after being stuck at the same weight for nearly a year. In that short time, I’ve already started to see real progress. I’ve lost weight, particularly around my stomach—an area I’ve always struggled with—thanks to his focused core workouts.
His sessions are always engaging and motivating. He pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of, but does it in a supportive and encouraging way. He also pays close attention to form, which gives me confidence that I’m training both safely and effectively.
Mark is friendly, patient, and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Mark is a great PT who really takes the time to understand your needs and goals, and adapts each session accordingly. I was new to the area, and he helped me massively in building a routine even on days when I felt tired or unmotivated.

He explains every exercise clearly and with a lot of patience, which made a big difference. I’m really sad I had to move, as I would have loved to continue training with him. In a short time, I felt noticeably stronger and could see real progress. I highly recommend him!

I’ve had such a great experience training with Mark. He really takes the time to listen and tailors everything to you, factoring in any injuries with a lot of care, rather than just giving a generic plan. Every session feels purposeful and well thought out. He’s also brilliant at actually teaching you about the equipment and making sure you’re doing things properly, not just running you through workouts. I feel so much more confident knowing what I’m doing and why I’m doing it.
Since starting, I’ve not only lost weight but also built a lot of strength, which was really important to me. Couldn’t recommend Mark enough if you want someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.

i've been in and out of gym for 2-3 years but never see any gains but having mark as my PT for 2 weeks almost 3 i have started to see some gains and weight loss he pushes me which i need deffo recommend

I’ve been training with Mark from just before Christmas and the progress has been noticeable both physically and mentally. Sessions are always well-structured, challenging, and tailored to my specific goals he pays close attention to form and technique, which has helped me train more effectively and avoid injury. What stands out most is he’s desire to push you past what you think is your limit consistency and because of that I’m stronger, fitter, and more confident than I was prior. Highly recommend for anyone loooking for a Personal trainer who’s is going to give you the results you want.
