I was lacking confidence, and my gym anxiety was sky high. I would sit in the car park and argue with myself about going in. I'd try to find any excuse not to go in, and sometimes they would work, then I'd be annoyed with myself because i didn't complete my session.
So then i found Mark, who supported me, to get through those doors because I knew if he was holding me accountable then id have a better chance actually making it to the gym.
The weight I lost is something I am proud of myself for which is something i always struggled with. With Mark's help on a set plan for my food and workouts, I've started to recognise my achievements. So I highly recommend Mark and can't thank him enough of given me a new sense of confidence.

Mark, is funny (tells awful dad jokes 🥰), kind, caring and never ever makes you feel bad or ashamed of the way you look or your weight. He's really pushed me and got me lifting weights I never ever thought Id be lifting. having ADHD I don't always understand or remember things, he's always calm even when I've asked the same question hundreds of times! He's getting me on track with my macros, physique and making me believe in myself which is something I lost a long time ago. I can't recommend him enough. Worth his weight in gold ♥️

Mark Lowes is extremely knowledgeable especially in terms of the gym, fitness and healthy/balanced eating. I had never really stepped into a gym setting before and was not happy with my weight. Mark Lowes showed me how to use many different equipment from weights to machines to techniques. Mark is incredibly friendly, professional and skilled.
