With 19 years' service in the British Army and over a decade transforming lives through fitness, I understand what it takes to overcome challenges and achieve real results. I've worked with clients of all ages and abilities, specialising in those over 40, women navigating menopause, injury recovery, and anyone returning to fitness after time away.

My military background taught me discipline and resilience, but my own transformation journey taught me empathy. I know the mental and physical barriers you face because I've faced them too. Holding qualifications in Personal Training, GP Exercise Referral, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition for Weight Management, I create personalised programmes tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and abilities. Whether you're managing an injury, building strength, losing weight, or simply want to feel confident and capable, I'll meet you where you are and guide you forward.
