My name is Marlon.
I'm a personal trainer who's hungry for success for all the people who come within my circle.
My main aim is to help you reach your ultimate fitness goals and ambitions. So then you could either look to be your best version of yourself.
Little about me:
Over the years I have done many different types of sports from football, taekwondo, karate, basketball and swimming. But the sport which I fell in love with was athletics and it became my home.
I'm an athlete who competes in athletics where I've raced against some of the best within the country. I've also became South of England champion over the 200m which is my sprinting event aside from the 100m.
My journey with Fitness has always been a part of my life and I've always loved the science behind it. So it was a no-brainer to become a personal trainer and utilising my knowledge to the best of my degree. I have more than coming up to 5 years plus of experience of doing personal training. Within my experience, I have helped people get back to the ultimate fitness goals such as people with torn ligaments, acl, tears, and even Achilles tendon ruptures get them back on their feet. Also providing body transformations that didn't think were possible at the time.
My knowledge even helped me; during a time in 2019 I tore my Achilles tendon and with covid being existent at the time and less time to have face-to-face interaction, I had to do the research and understanding for myself to understand what it meant to come back to being fully healed as well as finding pure athleticism.
During 2024 my fitness levels were so high. I was able to become top 50 within the UK for the 200m and getting offered to go to the Olympic uk trials at the time.
So with me by your side, let's really take a step into your future. I'm here Mondays to Fridays from morning to afternoons.

I met Marlon by chance at Finchley Lido. I went to Marlon to ask what exercises I could do. I had knee replacement surgery six weeks and l was not doing well with the post surgery exercises. Marlon took me on. I was able to walk properly with the knee very strong now. He researched and made my individual program with the diet I should follow. Every day I my knee was getting stronger and I was stronger also in my body. People who saw me when I started my journey with Marlon were surprised to see me few weeks later. He bought a massager to massage after the classes. My friends remarked how much I have improved. I am back and stronger and not using walking stick to my pre operative self. I am walking well and back doing yoga and Pilates. I thank Marlon for the help he has given me for me to get back to my normal self.

Honestly, working with Marlon's proper changed the way I look at food. I used to have no idea what to eat and felt guilty all the time, but he’s showed me how to actually fuel my body. In all seriousness, in my 44 years of being active and having PTs in previous years, I’ve never met a personal trainer as genuine as him. He makes every workout challenging but also engaging and fun. You can always tell when someone truly stands out, and Marlon does. He actually cares — he checks in on both your physical goals and your mental wellbeing. That, to me, is someone deserving of winning.

Marlon is an incredibly kind and compassionate person. As a personal trainer, he consistently listens and instantly adapts to both my mental and physical needs. He perfectly tailors workouts for me and I now understand so much more about what is best for my body. Above all, Marlon is always a friendly, smiling person day in day out.
