I’m Matt Adams, a highly experienced personal trainer and physique coach with over a decade of hands-on experience helping people lose fat, build muscle, and transform how they look and feel.
I’m a Level 4 qualified personal trainer, certified bootcamp instructor, and a World Champion with two Mr Universe titles. Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them improve strength, confidence, and long-term health.
