With a background in American football, including participation in the NFL academy and US college teams, I've gained valuable insights into excelling at the highest levels. Matthew is a knowledgeable and conscientious trainer who makes you feel comfortable whilst simultaneously pushing you to your limits. (There is little appreciation for this in the moment but feels great after 😁)

In my case he was able to pinpoint my weak spots and tailored an approach that works wonders for my very particular and specific needs of balancing strength with a full range of mobility.

Very useful session indeed. Matthew took me through what I needed to do to make my training more effective and so better reach my goals. He was very knowledgeable about what exercises I could be prioritising, explained in-depth why they work and showed me the right form to make sure I am doing them safely. He also explained to me various modifications that I could use as I build up strength. He was very encouraging and empathetic throughout.
