Playing rugby at a high level is where I really fell in love with training to boost performance and the gym in general. Through my love of sports I have developed a good level of understanding of the body, exercise and recovery, and nutrition. I am continually learning and increasing my knowledge bank through CPD courses in order to provide the best service for you.
