Hi everyone! My name’s Max, let me tell you a bit about myself!

My fitness journey began at a young age when I stepped into a boxing gym for the first time. I went on to compete as an amateur boxer, and my passion for the sport led me to complete my Level 1 England Boxing Coaching License. Boxing taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of consistent hard work — lessons that apply not only to fitness but to everyday life.

I pursued formal studies in Sport and Exercise Science, which deepened my understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and performs. Over time, I expanded my interests beyond boxing into mobility training, bodybuilding, and aesthetics-focused programming. I’ve developed a real passion for studying the science behind different training methods and applying evidence-based principles to get the best results.

As a coach, I focus on building strong foundations, improving movement quality, and creating structured, personalised programmes that align with your goals. Whether you want to build muscle, improve conditioning, move pain-free, or boost your confidence, I provide the guidance and support you need!

Excellent coaching, especially as someone new to training.
Max explains every exercise clearly so you know exactly what you’re doing and which muscles you’re targeting. It’s really improved my confidence and I’ve already seen great progress in my strength and muscle gain.

I started training with Max just over a month ago with the goal of toning my legs, and I’m really happy with the progress so far!

He’s really friendly and made me feel at ease straight away, which helped a lot as I was quite nervous to begin with. The sessions are always focused and he explains everything super clearly!

I started training with Max as I saw he was a qualified boxing coach, and I really wanted to learn boxing properly for a while, and I can honestly say he’s been amazing so far.

We started with the basics which really helped build my confidence, and now we’re working on more advanced combinations and footwork drills. He breaks down everything super clearly and makes sure you actually understand what you’re doing, not just going through the motions.

On top of that, we’ve been doing strength and conditioning focused on explosive movements, which has definitely improved my speed and punching power. Something you would never experience training at a normal club.

I now feel super confident everywhere I go thanks to Max. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
