I specialise in helping everyday people achieve life-changing fat loss, muscle gain, and total body transformations.
Most people step into the gym with great intentionsābut soon feel lost, unmotivated, or unsure where to begin. Thatās exactly where I come in.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 3 years as a GLL Fitness Instructor and countless hours coaching clients through HIIT, Core, and Spin, I know what it takes to push past obstacles and get real results. For the last 3 years, Iāve dedicated myself to training clients 1-to-1, and now Iām proud to bring that expertise as your Personal Trainer at Tadworth.
My own journey has taken me through every stageāchubby, overweight, slim, and now focused on building size and strength. Because Iāve been through it all myself, I understand the challenges at every stage of the fitness spectrum, and I know how to guide you through them.
I donāt just hand you workoutsāI give you the accountability, structure, and motivation you need to finally achieve the results youāve always wanted.
When Iām not coaching, youāll usually find me out on the trails mountain biking, on the open road motorcycling, or in the gym continuing to push and challenge my own bodyābecause I believe in leading by example.

Michaelās spin classes are very good, he challenges you to push harder but does this in a very encouraging way.
I wish he did more of these during the week evenings (Wed & Thu). If you want an honest workout then sign up to the spin classes. I am sure he will do very well as a personal trainer.

The speed at which you have to book if you want to get a place says everything about Michaelās spin class. His positivity motivates everyone to give 110% every time while also creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. You know itās a great class when you leave dripping in sweat and still you always see the same faces coming back the next week!

Mike is a great fitness instructor! My main experience is with spin where he delivers varied and high paced classes which are always guaranteed to make you work hard and leave you exhausted. But he also listens to the class and makes sure he takes everyone with him to the end. Everyone leaves shattered, but we all come back for more!
