Hi everyone, my name is MICHAEL CHARLES.

I am a certified Personal Trainer. Impacting the lives of others in a positive way through physical movement, health and fitness has always been a great passion of mine. Are you looking to be inspired and uplifted? Do you want to step up your fitness, health, confidence and mindset?

In my (much) younger days, I had an exciting career performing in theatre and TV. This has given me a wealth of experience working with many clients, transforming their lives through fitness to reach and surpass their health and fitness goals and dreams.

I am also a Group Fitness Instructor at Highgrove, you may have seen me in the studio offering high-energy workouts that burn maximum calories in the minimum time – sharing my passion and motivating people on their fitness journeys inspires me to continue to grow and develop my fitness workouts to help improve lives - if you see me in the studio, please come and say hello!

I always loved to do exercise and work hard on my body to achieve my goal, and have a good body. Even though I joined the gym, but didn’t have the confidence To come, and do something by myself , one day I joined in to a class that Michael was training. When I finish the class I saw how motivating and energetic with a great personality Michael is and decided to choose him as a great personal trainer and I did. So far I just had a few sessions with him and I already see the difference of my confidence and energy. He’s always motivating me and pushing me and this is the thing I want and I love to continue having more sessions with him.
Michael is really polite, great personality with a magic energy. The time just flies when you’re working out with Michael 😊

I have been training with Michael for 8 weeks now, I have been training for a lot of years with a lot of different trainers. Michael is one of the best. During each session he is totally focused on get me to my goals, encouraging, motivating and getting to the point I want to reach. Giving me new exercises and techniques that I would otherwise not have tried. Encouraging me to put the same amount of effort that I put in to the PT in to my other training sessions.

I have been training for many years with many different trainers for many different reasons. Training with Michael is some of the best sessions I have done. With all the focus on what I want to accomplish. Pushing me to my limits and beyond, to see how far I can actually go. It’s hard work, but fun. Michael has been my personal trainer for over a month now and man does he put me through my paces! The guys a legend done exactly what we set out to do so far on my journey and is there for support and guidance after the session he also encourages you to go to classes that he teaches in the gym which only adds to the value of my PT sessions. I can honestly say that the constant encouragement I get from Michael as a PT is amazing! He has show. Me new techniques and as a regular gym goer has enabled me to add all of these to my workouts to reach my goals quicker if I had the money it would be 7days a week with this guy! Great trainer highly recommended

Michael has been my PT for 3 months now. I really enjoy his sessions, he motivates me to push myself. He knows what my goal is and is helping me achieve it. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I would highly recommend Michael as not only is he an excellent trainer, he is a really nice person who is genuinely interested in helping me on my fitness path.

Michael's aim with me was to sculpt my body which, like a lot of people had suffered from lack of excercise during Covid. Not only have I seen that change taking place, but Michael has helped me gain confidence in using different equipment to help me support the training he gives.
