Michael is very easy to get along with, friendly and approachable. I had not done any weight training before, but Michael was very encouraging while still managing to push me. Michael has been my personal trainer for over 5 years. Initially we would have the training in a gym club, since covid, Michael has been training myself, my wife and my sons in the home gym.

I have had a history of lower back issues due to bad posture, sitting at a desk or being on planes. Since I started training with Michael, my core strength has improved to the point where I haven’t had any issues for a number of years. Michael’s exercises are thought through with my body in mind. In addition to my core strength, each year my overall strength and endurance has improved. Michael knows how to motivate and push me to improve.

Our exercises include Watt bike, rower, TRX, power cage with Olympic bar, stretching, free weights, etc. often combined into mini circuits.

In addition to being a great personal trainer, Michael is a genuinely nice person with a fantastic attitude.

I have been training with Michael for over two years and can highly recommend his personal training.
I couldn’t previously maintain a successful exercise routine and was not confident using gym equipment on my own and found it difficult to motivate myself to exercise regularly. I didn’t need to lose weight but wanted to start regular exercise, tone and challenge myself to improve my fitness level.
It was clear from the first session with Michael that he is very keen on form and technique and I realise that I had previously not been exercising to my full potential and had been making mistakes with posture.
I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and health beyond what I thought I could achieve. I am now invested in maintaining an exercise routine and improving my stamina. No two sessions are the same and the time goes quickly so that actually I look forward to exercise.
