I'm Michelle, I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person who desperately wanted to lose weight and look and feel generally good about themselves. Believe me, I have tried every fad diet under the sun over the years and my weight fluctuated until I discovered nutrition. Having achieved my goals, I want to share my experience and knowledge to help others be physically & mentally fitter, healthier and stronger.

My personal expertise lies in Running, CrossFit and Hyrox fitness racing, where I proudly represented Great Britain in the 2023 World Championships.

So after two years of being away from the gym and not doing any exercise, I took the plunge and joined the Greenwich centre and booked a personal training session with Michelle. I was a bit nervous and a bit apprehensive as I hadn’t exercised in quite a while. Michelle took this all into account and made me feel at ease at our initial consultation and she tailored a plan for me that would suit my goals. Michelle is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable on building the right plan that would be suitable for my needs. The workout was tough but very enjoyable and I can feel that I have worked muscles that haven’t been worked in two years. Michelle has also given me a lot of confidence to go on and continue working out in the gym . Michelle has also sent me the plan of My Work out for me to practice on my own in the gym and I am looking forward to our next session.
