I started my fitness journey about 9 years ago and soon realised it was my passion. I have been building my knowledge about fitness and nutrition since then through research and self experience.

I believe exercise is not just about the body but also the mind. It’s a great way to fight stress and depression and to keep challenging yourself.

I drive all my clients through their health and fitness journey by helping them to improve and reach their goals and never forget to make it fun and challenging. Each person is different so I always make sure to give each client a suitable workout plan and change it or adapt it if necessary so everyone is able to enjoy and feel comfortable while getting fit.

I have been training on and off with Miguel for the last two years and he has always been such a joy to work with. Super positive and smiley and always pushes you to work hard! I trained with him primarily to get ready for the London Marathon in 2019 and I was super happy with my fitness and stamina and my body looked the best it had ever been. I highly recommend him and will deffo work with him again :)

Miguel is a thorough and conscientious personal trainer . He is meticulous and takes time to teach you the correct technique , whether that be with dumbbells , lifting or plyometric moves . You are in good hands during each session with him and I was and still am conscious of his sound advice in all my training

I have been training with Miguel for about 10 months now. I had never been into a gym (or done regular exercise for many years) so I was very apprehensive at the beginning but Miguel eased me in gradually and has helped me to build my confidence over time. I have increased my fitness, strength and am reaching my goals - I used to get regular backpain but, since starting with Miguel, I cannot remember the last time my back hurt. He is very reliable, ensures that I am doing the exercises correctly and safely, whilst also helping me to push myself. I am thankful for his support, encouragement, and would highly recommend Miguel to anyone interested in personal training.

Over the past couple of months Miguel has expertly guided me on my journey towards my weight-loss goal. I fell into the bucket of people who 'tried the gym once' (10 or so years ago) and never been back since. It's fair to say I was quite out of shape but also out of confidence. Miguel has been an excellent, patient and dedicated trainer - always making sure I'm not only motivated but confident in what I'm doing. He's taken the time to get together plans that work for me, increasing the skill/intensity only when right as well as advising me on nutrition. We've been doing a combination of outdoor and indoor (gym) sessions, both of which have been a real pleasure. Tough, but rewarding. I don't know how he's done it, but I really look forward to training (I would have never said that 5 or 6 months ago)!
