Mihaela was the perfect trainer for me. I had never set foot in a gym when I contacted her, and chose her because I was really keen to train with a woman. I lost 4.5kg in a few months but more importantly, I gained a real friend and supporter. She has guided me in my fitness journey from absolutely zero exercise to a place where I actively enjoy my time in the gym, I feel strong and happy and proactive. Mihaela creates a completely judgement-free space where I can push myself without feeling pushed. She’s encouraging and constructive but never aggressive or critical. We work together, happily, and it gets results! If you’re thinking about doing this but you’re not sure, or you’re worried, or scared you’re not strong or fit enough, this is the person for you. It’s a big journey for anyone at any stage but Mihaela is the best partner, trainer, wing woman, and friend you could ask for.

Training with Mihaela has honestly been life-changing, she completely gets the ups and downs and knows how to keep you going without making you feel judged or pressured, supportive in all the right ways, pushes you when you need it, there for you when you are doubting yourself and makes every session something you actually look forward to. I have lost 4kg and I am so grateful for all her help and care, I am stronger than I have ever been and I feel so much more confident in myself!

I am so grateful to Mihaela for the support and help she's giving me during my fitness journey for the last months. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about my progress. She puts effort in tailoring every session to my specific needs. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she also offers amazing tips and advice outside of our sessions, such as for nutrition, posture and other things, and that has been super helpful too. I also just simply really enjoy the sessions, she's fun and motivating and pushing me to give the most of myself, and I have seen real progress since I've been working out with her, as well as achieving other goals like feeling more confident and comfortable at the gym. Highly recommend her!

Just under two months with Mihaela and I’m 3kg down and feeling super motivated. She creates great workouts for me twice a week with a lot of variety so it’s never boring. I am learning how to use the equipment and also how to focus my training instead of just doing cardio. Outside of the gym Mihaela is motivating me to stick to my healthy diet and is always spurring me on. Highly recommend!
