Ready to transform your lifestyle and build good habits that last? That's where I come in. I believe that exercise helps improve all areas of people's lives both physically and mentally. Whether you want to lose some weight, build muscle or just make better decisions for your health I can help. I have been qualified for 9 years as a PT and have been in gym environments since 2014. My approach is to build sustainable changes that fit into people's lifestyles and create lasting changes so the success is ongoing.
My sporting background ranges from playing rugby to county level, rowing for University through to a charity bike ride London to Paris. Through this I have seen how preparation for those sports is key to success whether that he sports specific exercises, nutrition or how to maximize recovery to get the best results.

I was looking for someone locally who could put together a programme for me. Mike was fantastic, we discussed what my goals were and set out a clear plan to get there. He supported me all the way through tailored individual workouts which we carried out at his gym and was positive and encouraging throughout. Mike is absolutely brilliant. I recently had a consultation with him, and he took the time to really listen to my needs, adapting every part of the workout plan to suit me. I was nervous about starting PT sessions, but Mike’s friendly, down-to-earth approach put me at ease straight away.

I also like to record some of my exercises to check my technique and track my progress, and Mike is always supportive and encouraging throughout providing detailed verbal and written feedback.
