With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and sports industry, I am a dedicated and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer, specialising in Strength and Conditioning, SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) Training, and TRX Training. I am also a certified Sports Therapist, allowing me to integrate injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation into every program I deliver.

My background as a competitive football player has given me a deep understanding of discipline, teamwork, and the physical demands of sport — lessons I apply to help clients achieve their personal fitness goals, improve performance, and build confidence. Whether working with athletes or individuals at any fitness level, my approach focuses on functional movement, tailored progression, and sustainable results.

My training philosophy combines professional coaching with real athletic experience — focusing on improving strength, speed, mobility, and recovery. Whether working with athletes or everyday clients, my goal is to help each individual perform at their highest level, both physically and mentally.
