With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and sports industry, I am a dedicated and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer, specialising in Strength and Conditioning, SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) Training, and TRX Training. I am also a certified Sports Therapist, allowing me to integrate injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation into every program I deliver.

He is very professional so very knowledgeable cares for your wellbeing and totally committed to you .

. Miros pushes you where necessary to achieve the best results in a safe way . Sessions can be hard but very enjoyable and he is excellent to work along with a great sense of humour .
If he sees you in the gym without a session he gives you good advice tips with encouragement.

He's very professional and really knows how to push you that little bit further each session. Miroslav is very knowledgeable and ensures you are using equipment in exactly the right way to get maximum benefit and avoid injury. Even when you aren't having a training session with him, he takes ownership of his clients and always gives you tips on what to try whenever he spots you in the gym. There's no escape!!
