I don’t just focus on changing your body shape; I work with you to improve mentally, physically, and build your confidence overall. Training isn’t just about forcing yourself to lift weights or do things you hate. My goal is to help you enjoy the process, stay happy, and reach your goals — often without even realising how far you’ve come.
Time passes quickly anyway — why not use it to build something you can be proud of? I’ll be with you every step of the way until you are fully satisfied. It takes time, but results are achievable and absolutely worth it.
My experience I’ve lost 20 kg in the past with 16.5kg of fat and then started gaining muscle and gained about 12kg of muscle all in the past year by eating healthy and training in the right way that brings the results faster learning more and more about fitness and what’s right and what’s wrong and having answers for my questions.
