My name's Mo I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer at Littledown Centre.

I first gained interest in the fitness industry when I was 17 years old, I joined the Littledown gym to increase my own confidence and found it great for stress relief and has helped me with my weight loss journey.

Since then I have moved focus onto weight training and have been doing this for the last 8 years, during this time I became a qualified Personal Trainer and have worked in Bournemouth.

Personal Training is a personal passion of mine and has helped me a lot over the past few years, I really enjoy helping people make healthier choices and increase their confidence as I know how much of an impact this can have on your life and want to help people grow.

I want to be there for clients and help them make changes for the better.

Mo has been my PT for around 5 months now. He is simply amazing - I honestly can't imagine how a PT could be any better. He brings everything and more that you'd want from a PT: a huge wealth of knowledge about fitness and the body, real passion for his work, and great energy and a sense of fun, which gives you all the motivation you need to achieve your goals.

Our work together started with a really careful assessment on his side, where he listened and assessed in detail what I wanted to work on - which included a mix of fitness goals (mainly strength), fun goals (jumping high, skills for dancing), and corrective work - a bit of an imbalance in my hip movement. From there he designed an evolving programme that's specifically tailored for me. Every week is different - which keeps things fun and exciting - but also designed to move me towards my goals in the best way. It's all so well thought through! And he takes time to train me in everything so I know how to complete movements properly and in a way that's good for my body. I started seeing the gains in the first few weeks: in terms of strength, flexibility, mobility and technique as well as gym confidence. Where my fitness had plateaued for a while, I now really feel like I'm moving and making progress all the time.

It's so brilliant to have a PT you can 100% rely on to come up with a really smart training programme for you that's going to get you where you want to go. Then all you have to do is put the work in and enjoy the process. On top of everything else Mo's a genuinely lovely, brilliant guy as well - so it's a pleasure to get to work with him and learn from him. I really look forward to our sessions every week - as well as seeing the progress, I look forward to him making me laugh, telling me a story or two, and to getting to soak up his brilliant, fun, lively energy!

If you're thinking about booking in with him - do it! You absolutely won't regret it!

I started training with Mo as I really wanted to get strong but was a complete novice with ANY kind of weight training. I’ve used the gym for years but mostly cardio and have always felt a little daunted by weight training. BUT Mo has completely turned my mindset around, he taught me with such patience and explained things in such a way that they made sense, and have stuck. Mo is lovely company and incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of weight lifting, floor exercises and bath dynamic and static stretching, so each session felt varied. Would absolutely recommend Mo!

Mo is an absolutely brilliant PT and I highly recommend his program. He's great at listening to what your goals are and doing everything to help you achieve them by created an effective and personal program. All of our sessions are great fun and he's brilliant at helping you safely push yourself while getting a sense of progression and achievement. He's helped me learn more about nutrition as well to really achieve the best results. I wanted to start using weights with guidance and he has really helped me build confidence and I've never been stronger.

Where can I start with Mo? He has been an absolute delight to have as my PT. I had knowledge of the gym but was unsure on where to start for my journey of getting fitter & stronger. I am now in my 2nd block of 16 sessions and I cannot recommend Mo more. He has supported me, challenged me & been the best PT I could’ve ever asked for. I started training with Mo a few months ago and I can’t remember what my life was like without him! He made me feel super comfortable from the get go, always has words of encouragement and support, and years of experience under his belt. I have been training with Mo now for a couple of years and can hand on heart say that he is the best PT I have ever had. Mo has encouraged and motivated me to achieve goals I thought weren’t possible in terms of my ability. Mo will push me out of my comfort zone and has 100% belief in me but also understands that we all have off days and tailors the workouts where needed. Also at times when I have wanted to focus my efforts on my diet, Mo has also been a huge support in achieving weight loss goals. 100% recommended to everyone of all ages and abilities!

I started training with Mo in November 2021 and can genuinely say he has changed my whole approach and attitude to lifting weights. I had a back injury which meant I was really nervous to start squatting and deadlifting again but Mo worked with me to not only build my confidence back but also get me to a stage where I hit personally bests I didn’t think I could hit. I would highly recommend Mo as a PT!

Mo is professional, positive, friendly and understanding. Makes specific training plans and workouts to my needs.
Letting me know if my form needs to be adjusted for maximum benefit.
I am recovering from a foot injury which has given me all sorts of problems, tightness in my hips.
Mo gives me physio stretching exercises to better this. I live a very active lifestyle and my fitness is key especially towards my career.

Also when I have been training on my own in the gym. Mo has shown me support in his free time to direct me in right way of an exercise.

I have trained my whole life, and have been training in gyms for the last 30yrs.
I started training with Mo in 2019, in this time he has taught me so much.
He has taught me the importance of stretching and mobility training.
This really has helped me so much and has improved my training and recovery.

Mo is a fantastic PT. I’ve been training with him for 9 months now, and the improvements I’ve noticed are tremendous. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and understanding. I have a condition I need to take in to consideration when training, after explaining this to Mo, he built a plan tailored to me taking this in to consideration and allowing me to train, lose weight and gain muscle very successfully! He’ll push you and help you not only achieve your goals but completely surpass them and beyond what you though was achievable.
