Hello, I’m Molly - a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and lasting confidence. My approach goes beyond just workouts. I focus on creating personalised fitness programs to fit your lifestyle— aiming towards sustainable transformations through smart training, nutrition guidance, and mindset support.

I specialise in women’s health and my mission became to empower as many women as possible to make that step hence I decided to start PT. To train women to feel strong in their own way on their own terms. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, strength building, or improved mobility. Every session is built around form, function, and fun, so you not only see results but also enjoy the process. Working with your body rather than against it to feel confident, support and informed in your own movements. Tiny steps to encourage more women to take up space in the gym.

I really enjoy my training sessions with Molly. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes each session challenging without feeling overwhelming. I’ve felt more consistent and positive about exercise over the past few months, and I really value her understanding of women’s bodies and her supportive, realistic approach to training. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for extra support and motivation.

I actually can not recommend Molly enough, in fact I already do to my girlfriends. I was quite apprehensive about starting with a PT after having a semi-negative experience with an online coach, but now I just wish I’d started with Molly sooner.

I’d never really felt confident in the gym or with weights, and mainly just stuck to classes but since starting with Molly I actually feel so confident going on my own, something I didn’t think would happen so quickly.

She’s incredibly encouraging, and I’ve never felt any pressure around goals or changing how I look. It’s always felt part of a process, and every week she’s there cheering me on.

I originally just wanted to feel good before my wedding this year without putting loads of pressure on myself, and that’s exactly what Molly has helped me achieve. I feel stronger and more confident, and my body feels better too, but that’s been a by-product rather than being the main focus.

I genuinely look forward to our sessions every week. We build on things each time whilst also trying new things, so it never gets boring and it makes me excited to go and repeat what we’ve done on my own.

Also Molly is just such a lovely and genuine person, we always chat about life, wedding bits, and how our weeks been, she’s a 10/10 gal - wholeheartedly recommend!!

I came to Molly, totally defeated, after struggling with lower back issues for over a year, with various forms of physio not really helping. I wanted not only to recover, but also build strength so I could get back to the activities I loved.

Now 4 months in, I feel not only recovered but genuinely stronger too. Physically I’m pain free and back doing the things I enjoy, and mentally much more confident both in and out of the gym.

Molly has been incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging throughout, and the wider Elevate community has made the gym feel really supportive and welcoming, even when I’m training on my own outside our PT sessions. The personalised training plans Molly built for me have helped me build a routine that actually suits my goals and needs.

Most importantly, Molly is just a joy to be around - I genuinely look forward to our sessions, even the early mornings, and I am definitely not a morning person.
