I specialise in body recomposition, helping you build a stronger, leaner body while improving how you move and train!
My coaching is structured, direct, and tailored to the individual. I focus on improving technique and creating a clear, sustainable approach to training, so you understand what you’re doing and why.
My approach combines evidence-based training with a practical, adaptable style that places a strong emphasis on developing autonomy. Apply structure where it matters and flexibility where it works best, so you’re always building confidence to train effectively on your own.

I was impressed with Myles's energy and attentiveness after attending one of his fun fitness classes. Then as my personal trainer, I appreciated his motivational boosts and attention to correct form which kept me on track for safely achieving my strength goals. Myles's sound nutritional advice was a bonus too. Knowing when and what to eat to supplement training was a gem! I achieved visible body decomposition in no time. With ample knowledge to sustain this for the future. Myles's 'Challenge Zone' mantra still resonates as a driver for fitness changes.

Myles has been incredibly informative, explaining things in detail, demonstrating techniques, and encouraging me throughout my training. Working with Myles was hard work, tiring but fun too. He was exactly the kind of trainer I needed, funny but serious and motivating. Always very understanding and always worked with me at my level but continuously reminded me ‘push harder’ and ‘you got this girl’. With his help I managed to lose around 2.5 stone and I can’t thank Myles enough. Smiley, funny, very professional and well organised are a few things I can say about Myles. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone, even though I wish I could keep him all to myself for motivation and positivity.
