I have been lifting and working out for over 20years and have over 8 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I have also trained in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu on and off since 2015.

I've worked with a variety of people, from busy students to post natal Mothers and entrepreneurs. I understand how important exercise and nutrition are in contributing to physical and mental wellness and productivity.

Nate is an excellent PT who takes the time to tailor sessions depending on where you are on your fitness journey. I was a complete beginner and am now very confident in training and my ability. He uses a range of techniques and regularly checks in to make sure I am motivated and on track. I would highly recommend him.
