I have always been passionate about sports and fitness, which has driven me to help others reach their full potential. With over 10 years of experience as a sports coach, I specialize in helping clients improve their athletic performance, whether in sports or personal training. I have been going to the gym for two months now with Nathinel as my PT. I have seen alot of progress in my strength, endurance and even my technique at the gym, thanks to Nathinel. My confidence has also increased, to the point where I can also go the gym by myself and still train effectively. Tried a few PT sessions around London over the last month and didn’t really work for me.
Nathaniel was genuinely interested in helping me achieve what I wanted to during our session, and had a clear care in making me better with how I’ve been lifting weights technically, amazing what having a PT like Nathaniel who showed me how to make improvement on certain lifts did for me strength wise 👍.
