            I am a hardworking, friendly person, looking to bring the best out of you. I am a fitness enthusiast that has a passion to train people and help them reach their ideal mind and body goals. I am also an active competitive boxer that trains 6 times a week fulfilling my ambition to become a World Champion.
My knowledge of the human anatomy is second to none after receiving my degree in Sports Science. This allows me to understand that all individuals require the best unique training suited to them, which I am capable to deliver. No matter their age, weight, gender or disabilities.

    I've had a brilliant experience training with Nathaniel. When I started working with him I had very little experience in the gym and was quite unfit, and Nathaniel helped me get comfortable in the gym, including using machines, free weights and circuits. I've built a lot more fitness and confidence, and have also just had a friendly and motivating face keeping me coming back to the gym every week for more than a year - which isn't something I've managed before. If you're new to the gym and want someone who will help you get started, I couldn't recommend Nathaniel more.

    I was attending the gym with Nathaniel for a fair while, and it's been a great call. He knows his way around a workout and has a good balance of pushing you just enough without making things too crazy. I've learned a bunch of new exercises, and I can definitely feel a difference in my strength and stamina. Plus, the sessions have a chill atmosphere, which I've appreciated. If you're on the fence about personal training, I'd say give Nathaniel a go. He's been worth it for me!

    When I started training with Nathaniel I didn’t like the gym and also was not in such good physical shape. After some months with his help all that has changed!     He is a great trainer, he cares about his clients and he motivates me even when I doubt myself. He encourages me to try new things and new routines to make sure that I stay focused on my goal. He is also very organised and makes sure that I can apply what I learn with him even at home. The results have been apparent even with the short timing!

    I have been training with Nathan for a month now I think he knows exactly how to allocate his movements to the problems with my mobility for example hips and shoulders The strengthening work outs have worked really well and much more effectively than massage. I think Nathan is the best all round trainer or physio I have had and there have been more than six. I wish him all the best in his boxing career.
