I’ve had a passion for fitness and sport my whole life. My adolescence revolved around competitive sport including football and track and field. I suffered a series of knee injuries at a young age which set back my sporting career. I personally know the challenges of overcoming injury and the difficulties of staying motivated and pushing yourself beyond your limits.

I have over 10 years of bodybuilding experience personally and have worked with a range of clients from those seeking to tone up and lose weight to those training competitively. Boxing is an integral part of my fitness lifestyle, improving coordination, balance, core stability, mental discipline, strength and power. All of which are crucial to achieving optimum fitness and mental wellbeing. I specialise in women’s boxing, self-defence and strength training and have seen amazing results over the years. I believe the mind muscle connection is key to achieving your individual goals.

I take a holistic person-centred approach to fitness which means getting to know you, your individual needs, goals and strengths. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a chore and ultimately, it is about having fun and enjoying the challenge of pushing yourself.

Working with Ndy for the past few months has been an absolute game changer. I was always concerned about weight training as a woman, getting bulky, packing on muscle but he educated me and put all those fears aside and built me a programme and equipped me with the knowledge to weight train safely, build strength, improve my technique and build a body that I am beginning to love. As a girl who used to feel like a spare part in the gym… this has been a game changer 😂

No more wandering around pretending I know what I’m doing or hiding in the corner. Everything’s been made super simple, easy to follow, and actually fun (never thought I’d say that about working out).

I feel way more confident, actually enjoy going now, and don’t feel intimidated walking in anymore. Just good vibes, no pressure, and a lot of laughs along the way.

I reached out to Ndy in September 2025 through this site and he responded within the day. Throughout our training together, he has maintained that record response time (unless he’s in the middle of training).
Ndy took the time to really understand my needs and previous physical and mental health conditions.
I had completely separated from my love of fitness and the gym wasn’t a good space for me anymore. Ndy completely changed that for me. He has been my motivation and driving force when I could be it for myself. He has helped me tone my body and finally have some definition in my glutes. Ndy is a great trainer and I highly recommend working with him. I started training with him about a year ago when I was pregnant. Training with him got me into great shape - better shape I had ever been before my pregnancy in fact! I had never lifted weights and was a little apprehensive before working with Ndy but within weeks I felt the benefits. I can't stress how much training with him helped me during pregnancy and now with taking care of my little one. I have continued to work with Ndy post pregnancy for 6 months and I continue to improve my fitness.
