I have only been working with Neet for a couple of weeks, but I have already noticed a huge difference in my mobility inside the gym and the positive impact this has caused in my daily life. I have a had a few personal trainers, but Neet is the first to have tailored exercises which work on improving the way my body functions holistically. I’ve been training with Neet for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. From the start, he took the time to understand my goals and any limitations I have, then built a program that really fits me. What I appreciate most is how he’s able to adapt exercises when needed without ever making me feel like I’m missing out he’s professional, knowledgeable, and always considerate.
He takes his work seriously and always shows up prepared, but he also keeps the atmosphere positive and motivating. My partner and I have been training with Neet for the past month, and it’s been such a great experience. He’s super knowledgeable and always encouraging, knows exactly how to push you without making it overwhelming. He knows his stuff, listens and planned the session to focus on my specific goals and not only explained the reasons for different exercises and the benefits when asked but pushed me, pushed me more than any PT has before. I had a really good taster session with Neet. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to understand my goals and perspectives and my worry about not making my sciatica worse by doing exercises that don’t help. Neet introduced me to a combination of exercises that I was surprised that I could manage. He set up my personal profile for me and introduced me to a combination of functional exercises, core exercises and using low key shoulder and leg exercises that I felt very comfortable with. Neet is an exceptional personal trainer who is helping to transform my approach to strength training and fitness. He has impressive knowledge of the science behind strength, conditioning and nutrition and explains this in a straightforward way. His communication is great and provides high attention to detail to ensure my form is correct to get the most out of our sessions.

I didn’t choose a PT for the motivation, as I already felt motivated, however even after a few sessions he is motivating me and pushing me to achieve more than I would have on my own and I am feeling a lot more confident in the gym.

In summary, I cannot recommend Neet highly enough. He delivers exactly what he promised for a personalised training plan and then some more. Neet is the complete package: knowledgeable, full of insight, well -organised and personable. What you read on the package is what you get. As he says about himself, he is well qualified, offers the science behind our search for fitness, assesses individual need, creates a bespoke package, motivates and evaluates while doing it all with humour and fun.
In my case I had gotten into to a post Covid-era routine where I was simply threading water. Seeing this, Neet inspired me to set new targets and is helping me reach them.

Neet was the one who first motivated me to go the gym. I used to go for walks and engaged in cardio often but he showed me the benefits of incorporating strength training in my workouts. I never imagined picking up weights and actually enjoying it but now I love it and engage in weight training at least 4 times a week. My day feels incomplete without it.

Moreover, he showed me the correct form for basic exercises that I didn't know I was doing wrong and has constantly given good advise which built a strong foundation for when I am working out on my own. He kept setting realistic challenges and milestones for me which motivated me to keep going.

By far the best personal trainer I have ever experienced any workout with. The level of dedication and commitment this man shows remains unparalleled. His vast expanse of knowledge does not remain limited to the exercises and the forms but also curating a personalised training schedule that takes into consideration rest, recovery, adequate sleeping patterns, and a well balanced diet. Neet is a fantastic motivator who made even a lethargic and exercise-hating person like me interested in working out. The results he has motivated me to obtain were far far far beyond my wildest imagination, losing a total of 66 pounds over the course of 9 months in a healthy manner that does not negatively impact my health and wellbeing.
