Hi, my name is Neilie Johnstone. I have been passionate about fitness and weight loss for many years, and I know what it is like to experience roadblocks when it comes to losing weight or staying on track with training. I think of losing weight and getting in better shape as a marathon not a sprint. I have worked alongside and helped a variety of different people overcome their struggles and develop more confidence in their abilities. By showing the importance of implementing good behaviours and making lifestyle changes for the long term instead of quick fixes that never last. consistency is the key to success!
