I’m a newly qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness. My journey began with my own transformation, where I lost over 20kg. This didn’t just change my body, but also my mindset, confidence, and overall lifestyle. It gave me a real understanding of the challenges that come with weight loss, building consistency, and staying motivated.
Along the way, I developed a strong love for weight training and everything it brings. Learning how to train effectively, fuel my body properly, and build strength has been a huge part of my journey, and it’s something I now love sharing with others.
I also hold a qualification in Food Science and Nutrition, giving me a strong understanding of how nutrition supports performance, recovery, and sustainable results. I believe progress comes from combining effective training with realistic, enjoyable habits.
Before qualifying, I helped friends build confidence in the gym, supporting them with workouts and consistency. Seeing their progress confirmed my passion for coaching.
