I have been seeing Niall for 5 years and I can highly recommend him. When I first started training with him my strength and fitness was very low. Over the years, I have improved massively and really enjoy my training sessions. All our sessions are tailored to my needs. I suffer from chronic back pain and Niall’s training has helped me tremendously. As well as being a great trainer, he is very personable and easy to get along with. Good chats between sets!

I have had weekly personal training sessions with Niall for 8 years now. He is fantastic. He makes me work hard and pushes me when necessary. This has made me strong and I can now lift weights I never thought I’d be able to. He mixes things up every week which keeps workouts fun and interesting.
I really enjoy our sessions, he helps keep me active and motivated. He is also great fun and we have a good rapport even when working hard! As a women in my 50’s I do feel a bit intimidated by gyms but working out with Niall makes me feel confident. He is a great, supportive trainer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Niall has been my Personal Trainer for almost 10 years and I’ve been seeing him once or twice a week.
I started using his services after I’d had an accident that left me with “dropfoot” on my left side so was no longer able to run. He adapted exercises for me so I could maintain fitness and strength in the rest of my body. It turns out that I had had Multiple Sclerosis for many years and if it weren’t for Niall I would have lost use of my limbs long ago.
Niall has continued to tailor sessions to my abilities.
He has a great personality and keeps you entertained during sessions. He’s very flexible if you need to change appointments and is always reliable.
My wife also uses Niall and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had personal training sessions with Niall, since last summer and have been astounded with the results. Even after only a few weeks I noticed significant improvements in strength.

For example, he gave me spreadsheets of data around my lifts, and clear explanations of proper techniques for the various exercises. All this allowed me to approach solo gym sessions with increased confidence, ability and success.
