I’m Nicola Doble, founder of Doble Fitness Personal Training. I’ve been working on the gym floor for over seven years and have spent the last five years as a qualified personal trainer, helping clients achieve lasting results and real confidence through fitness.
My mission is to make health and fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. I design personalised programmes built around your individual goals, whether that’s fat loss, building strength, boosting fitness levels, or simply feeling healthier day to day. Each plan is clear, structured, and tailored to your lifestyle, ensuring progress is not only achievable but also enjoyable.

Nicola is an excellent PT. I was lucky to be on the If You Go I Go programme and have Nic as my PT. I can honestly say Nic was the one to make me confident enough to enter and use the gym. But more than that, she is skilled at what she does and knows when and how much to push and encourage. I’ve had health issues and Nic was always aware and adjusted any routines to suit my situation. Words do not describe the love I have for Nicola, she started as my PT through the If You Go I Go service and honestly I can also say she’s now a friend. I’ve never been made to feel more strong or supported when in the gym and she instantly gave me the confidence to attend the gym alone to work on my fitness and gave me the knowledge of how to do this.
