I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported on their fitness journey, no matter where they're starting from. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, working towards a specific goal, or simply want to feel better in your daily life, I'm here to create a personalised training plan that takes into account your unique needs and circumstances. With my background of working as a psychologist within the NHS, I understand that fitness goes beyond how you look. My own training has consisted of reaching a black belt in taekwondo, experience with weight lifting, and completing half-marathons.
My approach combines evidence-based training with empathy and understanding. I'll be there to celebrate your wins, support you through challenges, and help you build sustainable habits that improve both your physical and mental well-being.

Just had my first session with Nicole & I cannot recommend her highly enough! I am returning to the gym after a little while off due to a foot injury and was looking for some guidance on how to come back safely. Nicole made me a plan to strengthen the areas that need to be strengthened alongside advice from my physio and taking into consideration what I want to achieve in the gym. She gave me great advice and checked in regularly to make sure that the exercises felt ok to me, and explained how to improve my form really clearly so that I can improve. I’m really looking forward to working with her more!
