I started my fitness journey from a young age attending Karate (GoJu Ryu) and did so for a decade receiving my black belt back in 2019. I then turned to doing bodyweight exercises throughout covid before diving into gym exercises.
Alongside this I am studying Sport and Exercise Science at university from which I am always learning new ways to train and how our body works.
I have experienced sport and training from many perspectives and will get you to your goal.

Nikita is very heloful and his advice and exercises are exceptional- he takes his time to understand and do personal research on conditions and targets his exercises around that, aiming to not only improve technique but help improve the condition aswell. Every exercise he shows is purposeful and he makes sure you understand everything yourself.
