Having Jason as my coach has been the best , the reason why I say he is the best is because not only he is a positive individual he also encourages you to only be the better version of myself. Jason has pushed me and my training has improved massively.

I Trust Jason as my coach as he created a programme specifically on what I want to achieve.

Regular weekly check in helps me keep motivated and reaching new goals.

I was overweight and not confident to visit the gym. My family encouraged me for two years to go to the gym to no avail. They suggested that I get a personal trainer, I reluctantly agreed and I met Jason.
Very caring, he gave me a plan to follow and encouraged me to eat healthy foods.
I did good exercises which helped me to get out of my comfort zone 😅. My confidence grew as I toned down and my BMI improved tremendously.
He is so good that I recommended him to my family to use his expertise and they are pleased with him.

I started with Jason a few weeks ago and he is ace. Really friendly, chatty and pushes you when you need it. I have never had a PT before so I was abit nervous but Jasonmade me feel comfortable straight away. He designed some exercises to fit my own personal fitness needs and we work through them at every session, changing them if needed.

I wouldn't recommend anyone enough as I recommend Jason. He will make you feel so at ease from the beggining, to every step of the way before you start training with him. Very logical and rational on decision-making before starting to the the clear communication you'll never be in doubt, in regards to booking him.
If I could recommend anyone it shall be him, as he's an individual who's passionate about his job and puts his all to achieve the best results and outcomes in getting you the desirable result/needs your heart desires.

I had an awesome time with Jason.
He taught me the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing. I was able to have fun and learn while sweating my ass off. We identified my weaknesses and what to work on and I enjoyed the different challenges. Jason has helped me with my confidence and improved my skills. I do see a difference in my abilities. I feel more confident to give myself new goals in life that otherwise I wouldn't of considered. It's been encouraging training with Jason. I'll miss the chats and the sparring sessions. Thanks Jason

Firstly, I want to start by saying that you are a great PT and thank you so so much for all your patience, professionalism, and hard work.
The past 2 months have been life-changing; after having my ACL/ meniscus surgery on my left knee my fitness really went downhill.
You took all my concerns and goals onboard from day one, guided me throughout my fitness journey through open discussions about introducing changes to my meals and following a meal plan, staying consistent in and out the gym and setting myself weekly goals to realistically achieve results.
Thank you for pushing me when I was lacking motivation, pushing me to finish every set, and for making each session super hard but fun!

Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, trainers but after about 1-2 weeks I would fall off because I would either loose interest or just get bored easy. When I started training with Jason earlier this year I got motivated again, gained back my confidence and started actually enjoy going to the gym. He has taught me a a lot and also guided me on the right things I should eat. Jason is really easy to get on with and genuinely cares about his clients. Just after a few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned.
My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it's all thanks to Jason. I would strongly recommend Jason to anyone that is looking to get in shape.

One thing of the many that always makes me laugh is your very strict!
Your balance in having fun and discipline is crazy. I would think I could skip few reps when we are laughing at a joke but that never happens instead you make do more. so basically you're amazing at your job

Honestly theee best PT in the game!!
Without your guideance I wouldn't be where I am in this journey. Seen a huge improvement in my weight loss, got numerous compliments and that's all down to you for constantly pushing me even when I wanted to give up and cry (which is most days)
Believe me when I say this guy will not let you give up, he will motivate you and push you even when you think you can't do it, he knows you can! And.. that's what makes him such a good PT. I had sessions with Jason for about 2 years before leaving to move to Hong Kong. He's always been really flexible and supportive. His sessions were tough but as well as giving me results they were fun, varied and effective, and they taught me how to use the equipment and structure a workout by myself. He's been a PT and a friend throughout and I can't recommend him enough.

I started my weight loss journey in 2023 and getting in touch with Jason was the best thing. Not only is he professional, flexible with a positive attitude, he has been dedicated to help me get closer to my end goal then I would have on my own (as I would have given up by now). The sessions have been tough but he made them enjoyable (apart from the burpees), he has taken the time to switch up the sessions which improved my fitness level and gave me confidence to get back into the gym. He has helped me stay consistent and keep on track the last 16 months, something I was struggling to do.

I may be your most annoying client but a massive THANK YOU Jason for everything - keeping it 100, pushing me out of my comfort zone and getting me to where I am today, I wouldn’t have done it without your help and guidance!

I have collaborated with Jason a couple of times now , and each time I have been impressed with the outcomes we have achieved together. Jason's approach to goal setting and achievement is systematic, and he takes the time to explain the rationale behind each step of the process. He is also open to all questions, about workouts, diet, and anything in between which is great knowlegde to keep going forward. He strikes a delicate balance between being firm and adopting a personalized approach, which gives you a sense of accomplishment after each session. Also the results that you can feel and see serve as a powerful motivator, and Jason's guidance extends well beyond the duration of our sessions.

Jason is an unbelievable mentor/trainer and more importantly a friend. He pushes you to your limit but in your own pace which I have never seen any personal trainer do (and I've had quite a few). I wanted to lose quite a bit of weight, from minute one after the consultation I knew I had the right man. I had my complete trust in him and our journey together has made me reach my goal from 87kg to 78kg. I feel so much better healthier and fitter. Could not reccomend more.
