I started my weight loss journey in 2023 and getting in touch with Jason was the best thing. Not only is he professional, flexible with a positive attitude, he has been dedicated to help me get closer to my end goal then I would have on my own (as I would have given up by now). The sessions have been tough but he made them enjoyable (apart from the burpees), he has taken the time to switch up the sessions which improved my fitness level and gave me confidence to get back into the gym. He has helped me stay consistent and keep on track the last 16 months, something I was struggling to do.

I may be your most annoying client but a massive THANK YOU Jason for everything - keeping it 100, pushing me out of my comfort zone and getting me to where I am today, I wouldn’t have done it without your help and guidance!

Been training with Jason for now 4 months, and I am seeing a major difference. I was complimented for my weight loss within the first month of Training! I am now having to even buy new clothes! Just a quick message to say thank you for the past couple of months!
The sessions have been HARDD but so worth it and immensely beneficial! Your advice and your guidance has been so rewarding and I can really feel a difference! Not only physically but mentally too!! I have really fallen in love with exercising again and that's down to you! I know it doesn't seem that way because I'm constantly shouting and screaming MENTALLL at you but I know you do it for me! You have another level of confidence in me and make me do exercises I never knew I could EVER IMAGINE 6 but it all has been worth it as MENTAL as it has been! I'm looking forward to

Jeson is very friendly,easy to get on with,approachable and good at what you do.
Helped me to tone up and get fitter and stronger. Yes but still long way to go.
Emotionally: I can forget about home stuff for that hour & concentrate on me.
Physically: My body is slowly changing and I feel so much better for it and stronger.
Mentally: I can see the results and it motivates me to carry on and not stop.
Definitely recommend Jason. You’re very good at what you do, you do not make me feel stupid, and I do not feel so self-conscious when exercising next to all the “super-fit” people. If I was not training with you I know I would not go on my own because I would feel very intimidated. I also would not feel confident enough to use the machines on my own and would probably avoid them.You also care about the well-being of your clients and if there’s any injuries etc. you change program accordingly without any hesitation.
You are a valued PT. Without your help I would not be where I am today. Thank you!! Highly recommended !!

I have collaborated with Jason a couple of times now , and each time I have been impressed with the outcomes we have achieved together. Jason's approach to goal setting and achievement is systematic, and he takes the time to explain the rationale behind each step of the process. He is also open to all questions, about workouts, diet, and anything in between which is great knowlegde to keep going forward. He strikes a delicate balance between being firm and adopting a personalized approach, which gives you a sense of accomplishment after each session. Also the results that you can feel and see serve as a powerful motivator, and Jason's guidance extends well beyond the duration of our sessions.

Jason is a very dedicated and hard trainer who listens to you and works with you. He pushes you on a positive level and Defo shows results I would highly recommend him. He is strong in all areas cardio weights and boxing which I have trained with him and found amazing results. Don’t miss out You need to try this guy out.

Jason is an unbelievable mentor/trainer and more importantly a friend. He pushes you to your limit but in your own pace which I have never seen any personal trainer do (and I've had quite a few). I wanted to lose quite a bit of weight, from minute one after the consultation I knew I had the right man. I had my complete trust in him and our journey together has made me reach my goal from 87kg to 78kg. I feel so much better healthier and fitter. Could not reccomend more.
