Hello everyone, I am Nyron and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist available here for you! Over the years I have assisted many people on achieving their fitness goals and transforming their health and wellness. I love being able to help people on their fitness journey as it is such an important investment that is both lifelong and wholesome.

I have always been enthusiastic and immersed in exercise. This has given me the privilege to both train and compete at a high level with quality athletes and coaches in multiple disciplines, such as football and athletics.

With time I have been able to incorporate a vast amount of specific knowledge into my personal training due to my experience in fitness and various sports from a very young age. This makes my approach not only holistic but suitable for all types of people, no matter the level you are at!

You may not be looking to gain a lot of muscle, lose fat, or an athlete looking to improve performance, but you may want to improve your daily physical state. I can help you make your day to day activities easier, leaving you feeling fitter and more confident in your abilities.

I am a friendly, approachable and understanding person, so you can feel comfortable to communicate with me your thoughts and feelings on how the sessions are going or how you would like to be trained. Even if you wanted to know more about general fitness and how personal training is effective, I am more than happy to help.

Have nothing but good things to say about Nyron as my personal trainer. He is very driven, great at setting the right goals to match my existing level of fitness, and also very personable. Also has a great knowledge of anatomy and physiology (said as a healthcare professional) which really adds to his coaching style. A definite recommendation for anyone looking to get into gym work and wanting a personal trainer.

Nyron is a fantastic PT and also a mega babe! There is no way I would be lifting the weights I am without the help and support he gives in every session we have. The sessions are always so varied with the focus of hitting a new PB each time. He is very understanding and adapts the sessions depending on where I am on my menstrual cycle. He also gives great advice about nutrition and protein intake. I have really seen a positive change in my body and overall strength since working with Nyron and would recommend him to everyone!!!

Nyron consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. He helped me create a realistic split that has made it easy for me to stay consistent in the gym (something which I previously struggled with). He makes himself readily available and has lots of useful tips and tricks to ensure you get the most out of your sessions. Nyron's confidence in my abilities has helped me to push myself and be comfortable trying new things too :)

Training with Nyron has been an absolute gamechanger on my fitness journey. He consistently exhibits patience, encouragement and empathy. As someone who experienced a decline in my desire for fitness as I got older Nyron's mentorship and coaching helped me to spark a new found zeal for working out and I can testify of the mental and physical benefits on his sessions. He also offers in depth knowledge on nutrition and eating disciplines if you wish to peak your athletic performance and gain from the sessions. I really enjoy training with Nyron. I have been training with Nyron for a few months now. As someone who has been going to the gym for a number of years I was struggling to see any improvements in my strength and capabilities. Nyron has helped push me out of my comfort zone, in a way that feels safe and enjoyable and I’m definitely noticing the improvement in my strength! I’d recommend Nyron to anyone looking to build their confidence and abilities in the gym whether you’re a newbie or a regular gym goer looking to mix up your training. Unlike some other PTs Nyron’s approach is caring and tailored to me and I always look forward to our sessions!

I’m really grateful to Nyron for being not your average PT. His caring demeanour makes you feel safe, seen and supported. Not only is he able to adapt to/honour energy fluctuations that are inevitable during the female menstural cycle, Nyron motivates you always to push beyond personal bests. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get some holistic support at the gym and beyond.

I had my first session with Nyron this month and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a good consultation to talk about my goals for the gym and what I want to get out of the upcoming sessions. I felt like he listened and helped me set out strength based goals that I can work towards. He has helped me with my form and my confidence in the gym and look forward to keep working towards my goals!
