Today I had a CrossFit Boxing session with Obi. The session was phenomenal. Obi quickly and professionally assessed my strength capabilities, starting with an intense warm-up specifically adapted for CrossFit Boxing. After that, we moved on to boxing. First, Obi set a slower pace, allowing me to coordinate my movements, carefully detecting and correcting any imperfections. Then, Obi set a more intense pace, utilizing various combinations of strikes and evasions typical of boxing, making the session more challenging, not forgetting regular breaks. The entire routine of this session was professionally synchronized by Obi. The session was excellent, and I highly recommend Obi's coaching services.
