Two years ago, I was over 100kg, low on energy, and disconnected from the person I knew I could be. Instead of accepting that version of myself, I committed to a complete transformation. Through disciplined training, strategic nutrition, and a relentless focus on self-development, I lost 15kg and unlocked a new level of confidence, purpose, and drive. That experience didn’t just change my life — it gave me my mission.
Now, as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Sports Nutrition Advisor, I specialise in helping people not only lose weight or build muscle—but rebuild their identity, confidence, and lifestyle from the inside out. I have been training with oleksander for a few months now since the first session.
I highly recommend him as his experience within the gym floor has helped me to understand some of the gym equipmemt that I might have felt intimidated by when I first began going to the gym such as the weights. His attitude is always kind and positive, he can help push you further than your mental barrier lets you go . He is always reliable and punctual to every session and booking with him is a simple process.
His advice in dieting too has improved my overall wellbeing and self control. I always try to pick a healthier snack / food that contains more protein than fat or carbohydrates and fewer calories.
Whenever I have a session booked with him I always look forward to the next session. I’m deeply grateful for the support, patience, and guidance within each session that he has with me and the progress we’re made together and continuing on the gym floor .
