Through my tailored exercise programmes and ongoing nutritional guidance, I have helped many clients achieve long-term and sustainable weight loss. Simply structured workouts focusing on a wide range of dynamic movement and functional bodyweight exercises ensure a high intensity workout designed to burn the maximum amount of Kcal during every session.

For this type of training I use high intensity interval training combining both cardiovascular and resistance exercises to achieve great results. Constantly varying exercises, equipment, weight and Rep ranges keeps the body guessing and accelerates change.

I had never used a personal trainer before Ollie and must admit I was quite sceptical, but the results have far exceeded my expectations.

Ollie applies a structured approach to his sessions, which he then adapts according to your capability, stamina and strength on the day. He keeps it interesting by introducing more targeted workouts as your strength builds, and by mixing it up between cardio, strength and HIT.

Ollie is very observant which gives him a good understanding of your limits thereby enabling him to push you to the brink, without going over the edge. The net effect is increased confidence and a sense of accomplishment and pride.

Ollie is also a really nice guy with a calm demeanour, which makes each workout a pleasure.

I would highly recommend Ollie, whether you’re just starting out or an experienced gym goer looking to inject some new life, ideas and discipline into your training session.

Regardless of the hour and timing of the session a consistent, persistent and articulate practice educator who uses a rigorous and pragmatic model to support intensive workouts. Every routine is explained in detail and sets are progressed in a way that motivates and pursues a fine balance between cardio and weight training. What I find really enabling is his constant presence and motivation that enables you to target and secure elaborate routines within a set time scale. He is persistent and inquisitive of your progress and provides clear pathways that really build on your confidence and ability.
