Hey, I'm Patrik Borovsky, a Personal Trainer based at Frome Sport and Fitness. My passion for health and fitness began in 2021, when I started going to the gym I felt like a lot of other people, unsure what the right things to do are and often going for the sake of going even if I had no idea if what I was doing was working. This led me to do a lot of research into health, fitness and weight training. With my acquired knowledge I decided to become a personal trainer to help others who are looking for advice and general help or anyone who feels lost or stuck with their workouts.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets.

Patrik has been my personal trainer for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, he created a training plan that was truly tailored to my goals and took the time to explain exactly how to achieve them. Rather than simply telling me what to do and asking me to “trust the process,” he gave me the knowledge to properly understand how fat loss and muscle gain work. This has allowed me to make informed adjustments myself and feel confident and independent in my fitness journey.

Patrik is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and passionate about what he does. He listens without judgement and explains things clearly, always making sure I feel comfortable and supported — which is invaluable when you’re starting out in a field you may not know much about. Despite being young, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he never once made me feel silly for asking questions.

His encouragement and ongoing support have kept me motivated and have made a huge difference to my confidence in the gym. I would 100% recommend his coaching to anyone, regardless of age or experience level. You won’t regret choosing him as your trainer.
