Hi, I’m Patrik. With over 5 years of experience in the leisure industry, I’ve developed a wide range of skills — but personal training is by far my biggest passion.

I’m highly motivated and genuinely enjoy seeing my clients progress, whether that’s physically, mentally, or simply feeling more confident in themselves. There’s nothing better than hearing that our sessions are making a real difference.

Whether you’re completely new or just need some direction, I’ll guide you every step of the way and make sure you feel comfortable, capable, and progressing at a pace that suits you.

I know stepping into fitness can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the gym or not sure where to start. That’s where I come in. My goal is to make training feel simple, enjoyable, and something you can actually stick to.


My Approach to losing weight

I believe fitness shouldn’t feel extreme or restrictive.

You don’t need to starve yourself, cut out your favourite foods, or follow unrealistic fad diets to see progress. Instead, I focus on building sustainable habits that fit into your life not take over it.

With the right guidance, small changes, and consistency, real progress becomes much more achievable (and enjoyable).

Patrik has been my personal trainer for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, he created a training plan that was truly tailored to my goals and took the time to explain exactly how to achieve them. Rather than simply telling me what to do and asking me to “trust the process,” he gave me the knowledge to properly understand how fat loss and muscle gain work. This has allowed me to make informed adjustments myself and feel confident and independent in my fitness journey.

Patrik is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and passionate about what he does. He listens without judgement and explains things clearly, always making sure I feel comfortable and supported — which is invaluable when you’re starting out in a field you may not know much about. Despite being young, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he never once made me feel silly for asking questions.
