Pete is excellent; he has been able to motivate me week after week and make me want to strive to improve. He even had to slow me down sometimes to make sure the form was filled out correctly so I wouldn't hurt myself. I am training with him twice a week, and my progression is steady, and I am super happy with that. He is also super fun to chat with between sets. Can't recommend him enough.

I moved to Greenwich after a year of training under an amazing PT in a different part of London (also in a Better gym). In two months of training with Pete I have an improved understanding of form and technique. Pete's attention to detail is incomparable. He patiently answers all my questions, explaining the dos and donts, all the while gently pushing me to do more. I started this journey in my mid-60s and have every intention to carry on. With Pete, the horizon of my fitness journey has expanded, not the least because of inspiration from his life story of successfully overcoming a health adversity. It is a joy to be guided by such a wonderful personal trainer. Thank you, Pete.
