Combined with my Personal Training qualification and over ten years of exercise and wellness knowledge, my aim is for you to live the life you deserve. Straightforward healthy eating, structured enjoyable workouts and a trainer who cares about not just your exercise, but you as a person.
Over the years I have tried every sport imaginable, developing a love for movement and the ability of the human body. I owe so much to exercise and healthy living that I want to spread my knowledge to all people, no matter their starting point. I’m always searching for new ways to help people in and outside the gym, physically and mentally.

Exercise, habits and nutrition, I’m here to help you achieve the life you deserve. A life where mobility is less of an issue, where everyday tasks are a breeze. To look and feel your absolute best. Peter knows what he’s doing technically, is a very nice guy, patient and supportive, and gets the balance right - I’m making quick progress and being encouraged to push myself but it’s still an enjoyable experience. Peter comes to each session with positivity, keeps the energy going, and provides helpful, actionable insight.

I’ve been training with Peter for over two weeks and I’m already smashing my personal bests. As a gym newbie with a young family and a busy job, I needed a way to make my training more efficient. Peter actually listened to what I wanted to achieve and which parts of the gym I enjoyed most.

He built me a program that has me achieving more in less time. I,be reduced my session lengths and cut down to 3 times a week and still achieve more using free weights. I’ve learned so much and find the gym more enjoyable than ever. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, which put me at ease immediately. I can’t recommend him enough!

Done a few sessions with Pete and he’s absolutely fantastic.

I had a few initial fears going into weight training but Pete makes sure you are comfortable while still pushing you to be your best, providing well-informed and fully tailored sessions. His teaching style is clear and effective to make sure you feel confident in what you’re doing.

You can clearly see Pete only wants the absolute best for your fitness and your goals and he is consistently rooting for you - getting just as excited as myself when hitting new personal bests!! And of course it always helps that he’s a lovely person too!

Couldn’t recommend more especially for beginners who feel slightly nervous about taking those first steps in the gym, or those who may need help with form or guidance in the way of a program to follow.

I had a session with Peter recently focussing on free weights and strength training. Peter is so knowledgeable and down to earth, and is someone who seems to generally enjoy seeing progression in others, like myself. Peter has given me the confidence and information to not only train well, but safely. No matter what stage you might find yourself in training at the gym, Peter has the ability to cater towards individual needs and is a great guide and a lovely person.

Peter is a brilliant trainer, and is very confident in new strength training for people who've never done it before, like myself. He listens and is helpful with technique, making me feel confident about how I exercise, and that I know I'm doing things correctly to achieve the results I want. He knows how to remain safe, but also when to push you!

I have had quite a few sessions with Peter now and just after a week of consistent sessions my strength, technique and confidence has changed massively! He is knowledgeable and has made a great structure tailored to my goals. I would definitely recommend.
