If you’re after a PT who knows his stuff inside out, trains you to be the best version of yourself and speaks to you like your best friend speaks, both encouraging and firm, then Peter is the one for you! He’s both knowledgeable and supportive, and makes you get things done with a huge grin on his face. In a results driven game there’s nobody better to push you over that finishing line. And even those that aren’t his clients get advice. If he spots something you aren’t quite mastering or getting full value from he’s always on hand to point you in the right direction. Working out is supposed to be fun, and that’s guaranteed with Peter!!

I have trained with Peter for a while. He makes each session fun and engaging. I actually look forward to my workouts. He also educated me in making better nutrition choices so that I am fulled up for my workout. Peter ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Overall a great trainer.

Peter is a fantastic trainer with a great sense of humour so every session is filled with laughter and positivity which empowers you to work even harder. He is very professional providing training and educating you to make lifestyle changes rather than quick wins so you can have sustainable results. I have had a few injuries and Peter would always understand my limitations and assist in my rehabilitation to return to pre injury performance. He always had appropriate training planned which was tailored to my specific rehabilitation needs and had clearly put a lot of time into designing sessions that were full of variety and fun. Peter challenged me within my injury capabilities but ensured there is no risk of damage to my injury. He has a thorough understanding of how the body works and I managed to get good workouts even with limited movements and left each session feeling exhilarated and positive. I highly recommend Peter as the professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none.

PT Pete is a lovely down to earth guy keeps it real, very supportive and knowledgeable and has provided advice on nutrition. Each time I train with him you are entertained and he challenges you to be th best version of yourself. Love our sessions the craic is mighty!! it's a great start to the day and puts a smile on my face. Would highly recommend Peter he's an excellent PT makes you feel at ease on the gym floor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been a client for a while. Struggled at the start but with Peter’s guidance and help in motivating me to push myself and a lot of patience I slowly started to notice results.

Also it’s good that he can inject a little humour for those days when you need a little to help focus you.

I was not comfortable initially going to the gym which was one of my barriers preventing me. Peter not only talked about what we could achieve but also asked about my concerns and what made the gym challenging for me.

For me it’s about finding the right PT that makes you continue going and to be challenged.
