As a England International Basketball player (retired), Sports Performance Coach, Mentor and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience, my focus is to empower you to achieve your goals, inspire you to be the best you can be and support you through the challenges along the way with a programme catered just for you!

I have coming to the gym for 2 months after losing weight. I decided I would like some help with weight training and general fitness so I have been having a session a week with Pierre for the last 4 weeks . He is incredibly motivating, really pushes me in a way I would not do by myself and makes our time really enjoyable (even though it is tough!). I would really recommend training with Pierre and I will continue to work with him.

Pierre is a brilliant personal trainer, he has a lot of knowledge which is great for me as I always ask questions. The sessions are hard but very enjoyable and I’ve seen my strength and general fitness go up. I would recommend Pierre to anyone who would like to improve themselves.

I started my health and fitness journey with Pierre 3 months ago and its honestly been one of the best decisions I have ever made! He is fantastic, knowledgable and incredibly supportive. He keeps the sessions interesting and engaging and knows exactly how to push me enough so that I don’t give up. I look forward to every session and feel so much confident in using the gym and knowing the right exercises to do. I have lost 2 stone in weight with Pierres support and feel like I have found a whole new lease of life. I couldn't recommend Pierre enough!

I have been training with Pierre for a few months now and have been so pleased with the progress of my fitness journey. I am a senior woman who wanted to build up my wasted muscles and increase my stamina and Pierre just pushes me and believes I am capable of more than I thought. I am doing so much more than when I started training and can strongly recommend Pierre who uses the exact right combination of pushing and encouragement. I really look forward to our weekly sessions.
